The best way to be happy is to do what you love, do what you are passionate about. If you love what you do, you will enjoy every single moment. And on the other hand, if you don’t enjoy what you are doing you will easily get tired and bored.

2. spend time with people who make you happy.

Who are the people that you enjoy spending time with? Who makes you happy, Who loves, respects and apprieciates you and who makes you want to be a better person? If you surround yourself with negative people then your life will be filled with negativity. and the opposite is also true, being around positive, happy people make you inspire to be happy and positive.

How are you supposed to move your life forward when you don’t even know what you feel or why you feel it? To become happier, try to gain clarity on you emotions; find out what you’re feeling and what caused those feelings.

No matter how you choose to define happiness—short-term or long-term—comparison will rob you of it. Whether we compare our finances, our body type, our vacations, our talents, our house size or our shoe size, there are no winners in the game of comparison. In this busy life, I spare some free time just for myself. I use to sit alone and practice emptying my mind, free from any thoughts. This gives me a break from my daily routine while refreshing my brain.

I look around and think of all good things in my life while forgetting about any bad incidents.

I spend my time in reading the content that inspires me. It can be a book, an article or a news feed from my timeline. I follow good writers and bloggers whose words motivate me. My cell has a large number of inspirational quotes saved in it.

7. Be yourself. Everyone is taken.

Be the best version of yourself that you can be. Be true to yourself and be proud of being who you are.

Whatever part if yourself you admire the most, be *that* more. The parts you dislike about yourself be *that* less.

8. Be open.

Share your thoughts and feelings with the people closest to you. If you are hurting then accept the hurt and allow yourself time to heal, let your loved ones in and be honest with them. Becoming a more open person can lead to real happiness.

Help people who are in need because you never know when the time comes and you are the one who’s in need. Be a kind person, one who is caring and thoughtful, who thinks of others and treats people with respect. Kindness breeds kindness. Helping people will make you feel self satisfaction.

10. Set your goals.

Setting your goals will keep you inspire and motivated. When the time come and you already reach your goals you will suddenly feel happy and contented.
